TERMS OF SERVICE

Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking at BBR Beauty Salon, a deposit is required:

  • For treatments under £30.00, full payment is required.

  • For treatments over £30.00, a 50% deposit is required.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. This allows us to contact clients on our waiting list. If you need to cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To secure any future bookings, a new 50% deposit will be required.

  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the treatment cost before rebooking. For all future appointments, full payment will be required in advance.

  • Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the full treatment fee may still apply. Additionally, the treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

If you’re using a gift voucher, please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the voucher. This is subject to management discretion.

To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon directly at 01234 912997. Social media messages are not acceptable for cancellations made within 48 hours.

Payments

BBR Beauty Salon accepts all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as cash payments. We do not accept cheques, and credit is not offered.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless supervised by an adult.

To receive beauty treatments, clients must be 16 or older. Those under 16 must have parental consent and a parent or guardian must be present during the treatment.

Patch Testing

For insurance purposes, a patch test is required for tinting, lash lifts, and lash extensions at least 24-48 hours prior to your treatment. If you have not had a patch test, the treatment cannot go ahead, even if you have received it elsewhere previously.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you wish to extend your voucher, a fee of £20.00 will apply, extending it by an additional 6 months. Vouchers not used within 12 months may result in the loss of the treatment or monetary value.

Medical Conditions

If you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication that may affect your treatment, please inform your therapist prior to your appointment.
